We provide a 30-day refund period, including setup fees (but excluding any client specific customization charges that are outside of our standard offering), starting from the date you receive an email with login instructions to your customized Shift Smart AI dashboard.
To qualify for a refund:
Your refund request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the login instructions to your Shift Smart AI dashboard.Refunds will be issued in full, including any setup fees, provided the request meets the conditions outlined in this policy. After the 30-day period, no refunds will be issued for any reason.
Our systems are fully functional upon delivery, but further customization may be required to complete the system. The login email marks the start of the refund period, regardless of any additional adjustments needed after setup.
You may cancel your monthly or annual subscription at any time to prevent future charges.Cancellations must be made by the 15th of the month before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next period.We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time within a billing cycle.If a subscription is canceled, access will remain active until the end of the paid period.
While we honor our 30-day refund policy, refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
Refund requests after the 30-day window following the login instruction email.Chargebacks or disputes filed with payment providers without first contacting our support team.Failure to log in and utilize the platform within the refund window.Requests based on minor system imperfections, as our platform is designed for ongoing customization to meet your specific needs.
If your refund request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 calendar days.
We encourage customers to reach out to our support team before initiating a chargeback. Filing a chargeback may result in revocation of access
to our products and services and may restrict future purchases.
